Imagine owning a beautiful property and never having to worry about management again.
With Marina di Scarlino Resort’s Owner Management Program, you can enjoy your property with complete peace of mind. We take care of routine maintenance, technical support, preparing and closing up the residence, and providing Wi-Fi and TV.
If you want to generate an income, our Rental Program will manage everything for you, including promotion, reservations, guest reception, cleaning and tax compliance.

Owner Management
The Owner Management Programme is an optional annual management fee of €1,800 that allows you to relax and enjoy your home without having to worry about maintenance or other practical matters.

- Routine maintenance (excluding spare parts): to ensure that your property is always in perfect condition.
- Extraordinary maintenance technical assistance: to intervene in the event of breakdowns or malfunctions
- Preparation/closure of the residence for private use (excluding cleaning services): a team of professionals will prepare your residence for your arrival or close it at the end of your stay.
- Administrative reporting: a complete overview of the administrative situation of your property.

- TV with national & international channels: a selection of channels to entertain the whole family
Rental Program
When you are not at home, the resort takes care of everything from advertising to final cleaning. A professional and reliable service that guarantees you an unparalleled return on your investment.
We manage all aspects of your rental property, including
- Promoting your property to a wide audience of our loyal customers and prospects
- Managing all enquiries and bookings
- Welcoming and assisting guests during their stay
- Cleaning and maintenance of your property
- Collecting payments and tax compliance
How it works
By 1 December each year, you inform us of the availability of your property for the following year and receive 50% of the net rental income (excluding VAT, tourist tax, minibar, treatments and other services).
Unit requirements
The units must conform to the standard layout and furnishings of the Marina di Scarlino Resort and the Preferred Residences circuit.
Membership conditions
- Participation in the rental programme is provided for in the management contract, but the availability of the unit is at the discretion of the owner.
- The Resort has full discretion to determine all modalities of promotion, distribution and sale of the unit, including prices, discounts, minimum stay periods and ancillary services.
